Everything was clean, liked the host, had 3 nice days here. We did not want to leave, recommend.

Nothing too much trouble, strongly recommend. Clean property next to shops and amenities, the garden, and surrounding attractions. Marvellous and beautiful setting to his favourite Dartmoor hike.

I had a fabulous stay, with location in a beautiful setting. There was a bath in the private bathroom. There were milk, croissants, and cereal, available for breakfast. For safety measures it had smoke detectors: )

the place is clean, incredibly comfortable rooms. the bathroom is huge, relaxing after a long day. it has an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware.

Rooms - new-fashioned and incredible with the garden and the patio plus wine. A shower, a hairdryer and fresh towels available. Unbeatable, excellent location to surrounding attractions.

The breakfast here was excellent, with a variety of options such as jam, fresh bread, and croissants.

We had a great short break at this place, the host gave us useful tips and the location was fantastic, with easy access to Dartmoor and Ivybridge.

This place is a spacious, fairly clean, and comfortable apartment located next to wildlife and a beautiful garden.

Ample and varied supplies for a 4-night stay. Enjoyable patio area for relaxation. Separate sitting room and spacious bedroom. Would definitely return.

The entrance from the lane may be a bit tight for longer cars, but once inside there is ample parking and turning space available.

The hosts provided fresh fruit, bread, and milk. Breakfast had a nice variety. The private guest garden was spacious. Parking was safe and convenient. The accommodation was homely and the bed was comfortable.

our stay at the annex was absolutely fantastic. richard, the host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. the breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. the location was perfect for exploring devon and the private garden was a lovely bonus. highly recommend this unique and authentic getaway.

The noise from the nearby A38 Devon Expressway can be slightly bothersome.

Very clean rooms with comfy bed, spacious bathroom, good shower. Private annex with covered parking. Plentiful breakfast, like a B&B. Friendly hosts with great local knowledge.
